Fresh Mint Sauce (No Sugar)

This fresh mint sauce is a bright and zesty take on classic mint sauce, without any sugar! Serve with lamb, roasted potatoes, and veggies. Made with just 5 simple ingredients.

  • High speed blender


  • 2 cups peppermint
  • 2 cloves garlic small cloves; fresh
  • cup lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • cup olive oil extra virgin
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt to taste


  • Add all the ingredinets including peppermint, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and sea salt to a blender.
  • Blend on high for 2-3 minutes until mixture is smooth. Enjoy on lamb, roasted potatoes, roasted veggies and more!


Fridge - store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. 
Freeze - add to ice cube tray to freeze in cubes. Store in a sealed reusable bag in the freezer for up to 4 months.
