Green Goddess Dressing
This vegan garlic scape and herb Green Goddess Dressing is packed with flavour and is so tasty! A healthier take on classic green goddess dressing, with no dairy or mayo.
- ½ cup garlic scapes chopped
- ½ cup cilantro
- 2 tablespoon fresh chives
- ½ cup cashew coconut cream instructions included above in the blog post
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- ½ teaspoon sea salt (to taste)
Add the garlic scapes (chopped into ½ inch size pieces), cilantro, chives, lemon juice, lime juice, cashew cream, and sea salt to a blender.
Blend on high for 2-3 minutes until herbs are fully pulverized into a smooth green dressing.
Pour into a glass jar to store, and enjoy on top of salads or as a delicious veggie dip!
