Green Goddess Dressing

This vegan garlic scape and herb Green Goddess Dressing is packed with flavour and is so tasty! A healthier take on classic green goddess dressing, with no dairy or mayo.

Equipment

  • High speed blender

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup garlic scapes chopped
  • ½ cup cilantro
  • 2 tablespoon fresh chives
  • ½ cup cashew coconut cream instructions included above in the blog post
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt (to taste)

Instructions
 

  • Add the garlic scapes (chopped into ½ inch size pieces), cilantro, chives, lemon juice, lime juice, cashew cream, and sea salt to a blender.
  • Blend on high for 2-3 minutes until herbs are fully pulverized into a smooth green dressing.
  • Pour into a glass jar to store, and enjoy on top of salads or as a delicious veggie dip!
