Mango Turmeric Green Smoothie

I know that some of you don’t like eating your greens… but dear friend I promise you: when you blend up a smoothie as delicious as this, with sweet fruits AND veggies, you’ll be coming back for more! This is so delicious, and makes a filling breakfast as well!

Most people don’t come close to getting enough greens in their diet, and this is such an easy way to incorporate more fresh fruit + veg into your day. Packed with fiber and fresh ginger root, this smoothie is going to be great for your digestive system, and very alkalizing.

  1. Jazz, I made this today. Delish! And so great for inflammation with the turmeric, ginger abd lemon.
    l also love your chia pudding recipe and the raspberry one is on my list to make next time the kids are gone (bc I don’t wanna share! Haha) Your recipes are wonderful! Thanks for sharing.
