With social distancing in full swing due to COVID-19, I wanted to compile a list of places that you can use to shop online for healthy food and other essentials in Canada.

I thought that sharing this could help to make it easier for all of us to stay at home + stay healthy! Those of us that live in smaller communities don't have access to grocery delivery from larger chains that are available in the city. But, it is still possible to order food online while also supporting some smaller Canadian businesses! With this in mind, I have included mainly small businesses that supply healthy food to keep you feeling your BEST during this time.
