Really, I could have called this bar the Sore Muscle Painkiller, but once you smell it - you'll see why it got it's name. I could almost eat it, the cocoa and mint together smell so good.

DIY Cocoa Mint Massage Bars
Materials
- 1 cup raw cocoa butter
- ½ cup coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon sweet almond oil
- Peppermint essential oil
- Marjoram essential oil
- Wintergreen essential oil
- Copaiba essential oil
Instructions
- Melt the cocoa butter, coconut oil and almond in a double boiler on low heat, stirring occasionally. The cocoa butter will take longer to melt than you might expect!
- Use a silicone baking mold, and pour the warm oil mixture in once everything is completely melted. You won't want to add the essential oils until the oil & cocoa butter mix has cooled down a bit. See note 1. It will take quite awhile for the cocoa butter and oils to set - so don't be concerned that the bars with harden before you've had a chance to add your essential oils.
- Once your cocoa butter mix has cooled for at least 5-10 minutes, it's time to add your essential oils. Add 2 drops each of your essential oils to each well of the mold.
- Use a toothpick or small spoon to stir the essential oils into the massage bar. Let cool for 12 - 24 hours in the refrigerator or freezer to fully solidify.
